ADEMOZCAN APPLES orchards are in constant reconversion.The modern varieties that emerge through our research are taken from the nursery between the months of October and March to be stored in cold storage chambers. This process is done so that there is a break in dormancy, supplying the demand of cold hours necessary to have good sprouting of the lateral buds of the seedlings. Only then are they transported to the orchards to be planted.
